NM Summer Encampment Registration 2025
REGISTRATION FEE PROCESSING DETAILS
These fees are based on last year’s costs and are not official but can be used for planning/budgeting purposes. Prospective students and staff should start discussing scholarships with their squadrons/wings if they are concerned with affordability.
- Cadet Students - $400
- Cadet Cadre (Staff) - $400
- Senior Member Staff - $20 with the completion of TLC and CPPT (If the Senior Member wants an Encampment T-Shirt, otherwise no cost)

- Apply for CEAP Scholarship (wait for approval, comment in Registration Zone that you have applied for CEAP.)
- All Payments for Encampment will be processed in Registration Zone
PRIMARY FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE METHODS
If you are in need of financial assistance to attend, there are a few ways to secure it. Below are the three main means, in order of precedence.
- CEAP scholarships (see how-to and walkthrough below). CEAP is a confidential process and will not be publicly shared.
- Work with your Squadron Commander to secure funding through your unit via scholarships, fundraising, etc.

THE CEAP SCHOLARSHIP
IMPORTANT: Opens March 1, scholarships available depending on need. Sign up as soon as possible. Submitting your encampment application can happen after you sign up for CEAP, but you must sign up early for CEAP. Cadets all over the country are seeking these scholarships.
The CEAP application is only an application for financial aid for encampment. Cadets must also register to attend their encampment of choice separately through the individual encampment's registration process.

CEAP for all announced summer encampments will OPEN on 1 March 2025 and CLOSE on 1 May 2025.
To apply for CEAP - Cadet Encampment Assistance Program
- STEP ONE - Sign into E-services
- Click on CADET PROGRAMS.
- Click on CADET ENCAMPMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM.
- Fill out the online application form (2-3 questions).
- SUBMIT.
- Contact your squadron commander to approve your application online in his approval box.
- WAIT - you will receive an email to indicate your eligibility before May 5
- STEP TWO - You will know if, and how much, CEAP has provided to your cadet as a scholarship by May 5. Your cadet will receive an email. Keep a lookout in your cadet’s email on file in e-services (and in junk box) for the approval/denial letter. It will be from the Civil Air Patrol Cadet Encampment Assistance Program
