Mission Pilot Endorsement Checklist
__________ Obtain a CAP Pilot Endorsement (blue card)
__________ Confirm 175 hours logged flight time to begin Mission Pilot training
__________ Take General Emergency Services Course (see schedule or ask program officer for class time)
__________ Fill out and send a CAPF-100 to the personnel officer indicating "General ES"
__________ Receive a CAPF-101 (yellow card) from Wing HQ
__________ Obtain a Radio Operators Authorization (ROA b-cut) card
__________ Take Mission Pilot Ground School Course (see schedule or ask program officer for class time)
__________ Obtain a 101-T card from the Squadron Commander
__________ Participate in 3 (minimum) training sorties (usually done at a SAREx)
__________ Take an CAP Form 91 checkride (usually done at a SAREx)
__________ Take Scanner correspondence course (ECI - 02130A)
__________ Take Observer correspondence course (ECI - 02130B)
__________ Confirm 200 (minimum) hours logged flight time required for Mission Pilot endorsement
__________ Confirm 25 (minimum) hours logged cross country flight time required for Mission Pilot endorsement
__________ Fill out and send a CAPF-100 to the personnel officer indicating Mission Pilot
__________ Receive a CAPF-101 (yellow card) from Wing HQ
__________ Contact Squadron ES officer to be placed on emergency call out list
