Aerospace Education Activities
The following are activity ideas that can enhance your aerospace program. The primary criterion for activities posted here is that exercises are based on "learn by doing" (tactile / kinesthetic) principles. If you have an activity that has worked for you and you would like to share it with others, please send them to me. bjackson@plata.com.
NASA Aerospace Trivia Game Take an Aerospace Quiz. Add balloons, paper airplanes, and get the cadets out of their seats. This activity is a fun way to prepare for a test.
Extra Vehicular Activity (EVA) Simulation This is a great experiential learning
exercise. The students love it and teachers, include in your lesson plan time
to ask your students what they learned. They will come up with ideas that are
better than anything we could plan ahead of time.
Paper Airplanes & Rockets This page link contains several activities that
cover a wide range of aerospace and academic topics.
Here are some links to other aerospace activities and lessons.
