Emergency Services serves the Director of Operations (DO) to provide air and ground services in support of Cadet programs, Aerospace Education, Search and Rescue, Disaster Relief, and Air Transportation.  These services have a wide variety of functions and ability.  Emergency Services is a community of both aviators and non-aviators that work in concert to achieve a mission for our customer.

New Mexico Wing routinely provides service to the Air Force Rescue Coordination Center (AFRCC), the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the State of New Mexico Department of Public Safety (NMDPS), The American Red Cross, and the Bureau of Land Management (BLM).  Other agencies have also used Emergency Services assets.
