A CAPF 76, ROA CARD, DOES NOT QUALIFY AS A MISSION RADIO OPERATOR (MRO).
TO QUALIFY AS A MRO AND RECIEVE A CAPF 100, YOU MUST COMPLETE THE MRO TRAINING PROGRAM
AND THE RELATED MRO TASK SHEET.



CAPF 76, ROA CARD

BASIC COMMUNICATIONS USER:

1.  Complete the BCUT course.  You can do this by watching the Powerpoint presentation or by attending a BCUT Class.

2.  Complete the BCUT Task sheet. Maintain completed task sheet at unit with unit personnel records. Document all training in member's CAP"F 45 or 66 as appropriate.

3.  Submit a BCUT PowerPoint Slide show certificate certifying completion of BCUT course to NMW/ DCT or anyone of the DC staff members. E-mail address are provided on the NMW Communications website. Phone and facsimile numbers are also provided at NMQ HQ web front page..

ADVANCED COMMUNICATIONS USER:

1.  Complete the ACUT course.

2.  Have the unit commander or communications officer submit a CAPF 103 to Wing Communications.  The form must include date of training, the letters "ACUT" on the top of the form.  The unit testing officer must certify each member listed passed CAP Test 119 by writting the statement "All listed personnel completed and passed CAPT 119" and sign next to the statement on the bottom of the form.

3.  All participants will be issued a CAPF 76 (advanced).
